Asti Infotech provides the MSHOP LIVE, a application to take your business online today, connect with your customer hassle-free and quickly. MSHOP LIVE Mobile Application is a user-friendly platform which interacts with the user to capture, analyze and display data. Asti Infotech ("Asti", "we", "us") recognizes and understands the importance of the privacy of its users ("users", "You") and wants to respect their desire to store and access personal information in a private and secure manner. This Privacy Policy applies to our Application describes how MSHOP LIVE manages, stores and utilizes your Personal Data. In order to use MSHOP LIVE, we require you to consent to the collection and processing of your Personal Data before you start using the application. • "Application" means the MSHOP LIVE Mobile Application made available to the users, located at Play Store or App Store
• "MSHOP LIVE Mobile Application" means the Mobile Application (i) which the user has to download on its mobile device and (ii) is intended to record, display, analyze, store and transmit your data
• "MSHOP LIVE Platform" means the platform on which the MSHOP LIVE Mobile Application and the MSHOP LIVE Dashboard are connected and collectively function
• "Insights" means the data collected via the application and rendered in an optimal way by the MSHOP LIVE Platform through the MSHOP LIVE Mobile Application and MSHOP LIVE Dashboard
• "Product" means the Mobile Application
• “Personal Data” is the information related to the application users
• "Third Parties" means any natural or legal person or entity other than MSHOP LIVE

3. COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may collect several types of personal information from the users of our Product, and store it on your mobile device and/or our server such as:
• Contact information (e.g. your name, postal address, e-mail address, and mobile or other telephone number)
• The data provided by you on your account such as your name and email address
• Information in helpdesk support inquiries
• Information collected by manual input by the Application

Geo-Location Information
We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

Upon written request, MSHOP LIVE can provide you with a list of people of MSHOP LIVE that may have access to your Personal Data. In the event of and following discovery or notification of a breach of the security of the Personal Data, or access by an unauthorized person, MSHOP LIVE is required by law to notify the user if the breach is likely to affect your privacy.

• You have the right to request us not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
• Without prejudice to the termination provisions of the Terms of Use, you may withdraw at any time your consent to the processing of your Personal Data by MSHOP LIVE by permanently removing the Application. Upon receipt of this notification, MSHOP LIVE shall promptly stop any processing of your Personal Data.

11. Cancellation and Refund Policy
As of now we do not provide any option for cancellation of products and/or services you have purchased or subscribed. Once a product/service has been purchased by you, we cannot provide any refund, either totally or partially.
